WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located at 214 St. Paul Street, St. Catharines. Wed-Fri 9-2:30, Sat 10-4
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship all across Canada. At this time we do not ship orders outside of Canada (because of customs regulations with phytos etc). For plants, we prefer to only ship overnight to ensure your plants arrive in the best condition possible in the fastest time possible. Note: If you choose ground service/Canada Post etc, there is no time guarantee from the companies. Do so at your own risk.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER LOCALLY?
Yes, simply choose "local pickup" at checkout. Orders will be ready for pick up next day.
WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please be patient with us and allow up to 2 weeks for shipments to go out. If there's an issue with shipping for some reason (weather, holidays, strikes etc) we will contact you and let you know what's up. Orders are sent out in the order they are received.
HOW DO I ADD TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
If you wish to add to an existing order, don't pay for shipping twice. Instead, checkout as normal but select "Local Pickup” as your delivery method. Please also contact us at hello@chlorophyllculture.com to give us a heads up so we know to combine them. We'll do our best to combine your orders for you (if they have not shipped yet), and if there are any additional charges we will let you know.
PACKAGING?
Plants are shipped differently depending on the size of the plant and/or what type of plant it is. They can be shipped bare root, in moss, or in a pot if it's in the best interest of the plant.
WINTER WEATHER
Please be aware of your local weather forecast before ordering. We will use insulated packaging and heat packs (free of charge) for cold weather but it's still always a risk ordering plants, especially tender tropicals. Order during inclement weather at your own risk.
I GOT MY PLANT! NOW WHAT?
It's normal for plants to look a bit sad or dehydrated upon arrival. Give the new plant a good drink and some warm bright light (not direct sunlight). Don't change the growing medium for at least a few weeks. Ex: If it arrived in moss, please keep it in moss until it bounces back. Just pop it in a pot or cup with drainage holes and wait a bit. Changing the soil after the shock of being shipped is asking for trouble. Plants that are sent completely bare root can be potted up right away in whatever your favourite medium is for them. We are not responsible for losses if you change the growing medium.
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds or exchanges are done on a case by case basis. Sale plants are final sale.
If there is an issue with your plant upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. Send pictures/video of the issue as well. We recommend filming an unboxing video for each parcel you receive for your own protection. You may be requested to ship the plant back in the same condition it was received in order to receive a full refund. We will try our best to ensure everyone is satisfied with their order.
We are not responsible for carrier issues such as delays, lost or stolen packages. Keep an eye on your tracking. Please ensure someone is home to receive the parcel when it is delivered. We will not be responsible for package mishandling (ie. leaving it out in the heat or cold). If your package is lost we will certainly try to help file a claim and/or try and have it tracked down.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so before it is shipped, however there is a 10% restocking fee.
